In this guide I will tell you how to find your pictures on the hard drive and add them to Adobe Lightroom's directory.

1. Press [FILES] -> [Import Photos and Video ...]

2. Selecting the folder / hard drive or USB / card reader your images are in, in my case they are on (Q: usb)

3. Select the images you want and Copy as RAW / DNG / Copy / Move or Add.

In my case, I choose and copy my original RAW images to DNG, so I choose

[Copy as DNG]

4. Now choose where you want to store your photos, I select and put them on the drive (D :) Adobe Lightroom Images, and create a new folder. So I press (Into Subfolder) and writes the folder name (LR Guide)

5. Now press [Import] and your images are now copied to the drive / folder you have selected.

You are now ready to edit your photos!
